I can’t log into Purdue Global. It says incorrect password and the password reset doesn’t work. Strangely, I am able to access content via the Brightspace app but no success using a browser (iphone or laptop).

Site is down longer than 2 hours
The website is down for 2 hours, I was kicked out in the middle of posting a discussion.
I tried to call technical support to figure out the time estimate to fix, but nobody answers

Okay I’m glad I’m not the only one going through this. I was just trying to take my quiz but everytime I logged in it would say incorrect password. And then I tried on my iPad and my opine it gave me a 500 error code. Hope it gets fixed soon bc I have a lot of homework.

Sounds like this is a large issue today. I'm having all the same issues as you all. Thanks for posting about this. Be nice if the university would put a bulletin on their home page informing us.

I also keep getting an "incorrect password" error when attempting to log in, even though my user/password combo is correct. It throws a 500 error when I attempt to go through the "forgot password" workflow.

Log In Issues
Keeps saying incorrect password when trying to log in, though I've logged in many times in the past without issues. Also, when I click the Forgot Password option and type in either my personal or Purdue Global email, it says this page is not working.

Had an announcement that it was supposed to be down from friday night to saturday morning and then again from saturday night until sunday morning. I'm in ET. I was able to get in yesterday, Saturday around 3:30pm. But not this morning (Sunday). It is currently 12:24pm ET. Supposed to take my final by midnight tonght :(.

Can't log in from Indiana. Chatted with online advisor this morning. She said call Technical Support. Called the number and got a recording that they are closed and to call back during business hours. I was logged in last night, but around 11pm, my paper in Academic Writer lost all formatting. Logged out and couldn't get back in.
