"Something Went Wrong" screen
I am able to log in to my RealMe account.
But when I click on the "Create a new application" Student Visa button I get a "Something Went Wrong" screen. This has been happening for at least a month.
I am not trying to check on an existing Visa Application. I am unable to get to the page to prepare a new application.

Login failed. (Never ever lets me log in first time.) Help desk couldn't help. Says "Your Phone number has bad reputation, blocking." Got emailed a code to read back, answered 3 security questions, gave 2 alternative phone numbers. All failed. It's 1am Saturday morning and now I have to wait for the work week for IT team to work on it. Why such a complicated, stupid, always falling over system!

LOGIN FAILED ...AS USUAL
Won't log me in. Says "Your Phone number has bad reputation, blocking." Not even good English. Help (No Help) desk emailed me a code, had me answer 3 questions, got me to give TWO alternative phone numbers. All failed. RealMe NEVER EVER works for me first time. Now I have to wait until work week for IT dept. It is SOOOOO frustrating.
