Broken update

Update...I was able to log in to the state specific RA, in so doing I was able to confirm the upcoming current reservation. This is a totally different website and it did not take the password I use for the general website, I was forced to create a new password. Interestingly I do not remember creating an account for this website but it did send a reset link to the email I use for the general website.

Broken

This site used to be very user friendly, now it is like incompetent personnel have it totally screwed up. Luckily I have a email copy of an upcoming reservation otherwise I would have no way to verify my reservation. No past history or upcoming reservation information is available. I have tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

Features haven't worked since their "password update". You can no longer print your confirmation sheet, it just sends you to a logged out page. You cannot properly edit reservation information when you're pre-registering, and the site loads incredibly slow. Zero response from support when contacted, you're better off booking elsewhere at this point.
