I try to add a vehicle to my account, It comes up ERROR. This is ridiculous. Then I have been on the phone holding for an operator for the last 25 minutes. They are pathetic

I paid my bill on time and was charged a late fee any way. My calls to Riverlink to discuss it were never answered, The website is down. I am restricted from paying my bill or disputing the late fee. Now its going to be late again because Riverlink phone, email, and website are down and are not responding.

I was able to make a payment online by using MS Edge and I had to use my banking info to complete the process..

two weeks later.. Their web site does not explain when using their tools. It would be best to access them via MS Edge. Dont use your CC to pay the payment, I found it easier via Bank account, if that is an option for you.. good luck!!

Week 2 of not being able to pay bill

Second week of trying to pay my bill online. Can't wait to see how much they charge me in late fees because their site is down, their chat is down and an hour on the phone waiting and still no answer. This has to be one of the worst customer service companies in history.

Trying to pay a single use toll charge incurred when the main bridge between KY/IN on 64 was suddenly closed due to an emergency and sent over the toll bridge as a detour. Website constantly down and can't pay.

As of 11/27/23, Chat times out after 5 minutes waiting for agent. Customer support number, been on hold for 30 minutes now waiting. Web site says "
The state selected is currently unavailable for VIN number searching. Please use the Monthly Bill Number & plate information to pay your outstanding RiverLink tolls" All three options a dead end.
