Put big Amazon parcels in my garden wheelie bin (which they moved to a place I NEVER keep it, to do so) that I can't remove as I'm short, ill and disabled, when I'd already given safe place delivery instructions on Amazon AND Royal Mail App! They're supposed to have come back and moved them but they've been there nearly 3 weeks getting damp and probably dirty! Also not funny as we have to pay for our garden bin and it can't be used! NOT the first time they've ignored delivery instructions - got a box of then broken bone China mugs dumped on my doorstep in full view of the road a while back. Had mail literally thrown through a partially open front doorway on a very hot day, instead of put through the door. When I went outside and asked the postman not to do it again I got a heap of verbal abuse and threat that he would refuse to deliver our mail if I dared to complain about him! Sometimes they're absolutely fine but you never know what will happen. Having major problems with app which keeps saying my password has changed even though I've got biometrics set up, and the website won't email me a reset password link. NOT impressed!

The tracking system is not working again, but there is no message on the system to inform customers. I have had to go back to the post office to confirm that my letter was covered by track and trace and also waited 45 minutes for the Call centre to tell me the system was down. Please put a warning on the website that the system is down…this is what computer systems are really good at …updating customers on the current situation!!!!!

Issues with arranging collections on app still not resolved since Tuesday. Website is completely down again!
Finally got through to customer services and insisted they contact delivery/sorting office to come and pick up my outstanding collections. They have finally been collected on the day they should have been delivered!!!!

Rumours of prices going up again while service is rapidly on a downward slope.

Get your act together Royal Mail

Parcels not collected today 2nd May. Unable to reschedule online. Customer services not answering phone. Received email at 10pm informing me they were unable to collect parcels (already realised this). Tried to reschedule but couldn't log into app and website is down. It is now going to be Thursday at least before parcels are collected, that's if the website is sorted. Too many glitches with Royal Mail.

Royal Mail just taking out money and maybe some times will delivery the service they charge ????

Special guaranteed delivery parcel tracking showing in the first location I do not think I will review today as it’s been so unreliable for least 6 months some parcels come next day then others don’t paying the £10 for the guaranteed delivery its frustrating anyday but particularly on a Saturday when Royal Mail let us down because it won’t arrive until Monday now.. feel so fed up with Royal Mail it’s been going on to long now paying the fee and just feel so cheated. It’s crazy because I wouldn’t accept this service from anyone else but I hat is the option stop using Royal Mail all together.. anyone else feel the same ? I don’t blame the post man or the Royal Mail employees at sorting offices. It’s whoever is responsible for making the decision they most definitely need to find a solution a way to navigate the system in place…. Because I do not want to stop using Royal Mail but at same time would I just throw £10 away because that’s what I feel I have been doing for so many packages

Movement

I can't log in but I'm using an app called shop and all my outstanding deliverys show and I can see movement on the shop app it tracks so it's out for delivery today so it looks like the service might be returning and hopefully everyone gets there's shortly I recommend the shop app as I can see all the tracking and where my parcel has been and where it is right this second this was special guranteed next day

Royal mail an embarrassment to UK

Royal mail not fit for purpose and no longer deserves Royal status. Just like their lazy employees their website has been down for last 48hrs to my knowledge (prob longer!). No one cares, no one wants or is able to fix! Not interested in customers. Time for royal mail to be scrapped.

Mail Tracking Down

Tracking not working on website. Down at about 2pm and still down now at 10pm. Clearly the people who work on this are either incapable or just couldn't care less. Only use RM anyway for items that are on the prohibited list for couriers as it is so unreliable & expensive.

It is rubbish. On amazon the tracking didn't update and it said it would come Saturday. Today was Thursday and they delivered when I wasn't in when I had no idea of it coming. Also the reference number was unreadable and apparently they deliverd at 7pm later in the door when I was in and I didn't hear any doorbell or anything. Evri is so much more reliable and dosent require an old school signature. Royal mail better sort out their app as I can't even log in cause of the stupid app isn't working and tracking keeps crashing. I used to compliment it so much but now I hate it.
