Switched from prepayment smart meter to monthly bills on moving into new house and they said they would transfer over the £15 prepayment credit and didn't. When I called they said they'd sent a cheque but haven't. Haven't got the energy to spend another 3 hours trying to get through to them...

Shocking. Safari, Edge, Chrome all display: "something went wrong". No access to account information. Had to get a complaint upheld by the ombudsman to make them engage. Cowboys

App not working again
Scottish Power app of the year ???? is only showing usage from 16th December 2022, we are now on 20th Dec ???? people use this app to manage their usage & budget. Useless

Tried to change password today using iPad. Their website seems to not support iPads - ‘easy to view’ webpage could not be resized to print properly, or reduce number of sheets used. Changing password did not work - 2nd link request stated link already used at first attempt to use! Onscreen keyboard could not be invoked. No web feedback link to give UX to SPower. V Poor

Rubbish customer service. My daughter has a 4 year old with diabetes type 1 and needs to be able to charge his devices. She cannot get through to put money on her meters on the app and just gets cut off if she tries to ring. It's very worrying.

I have received an email from sp saying click the link below to download the bar code for November's payment for 66 pound,but when I click the link it just comes up error so I carnt access the code to credit my key for my standard pre payment meter any advice would be great.

Scottish Power login failure
Cannot log in to Scottish Power - again. They owe me a fortune through excessive direct debits and I want it back as I have moved house and to another supplier. They really are a dreadful company.

Tried to log in to my account with Scottish Power. Crashed - 'something went wrong, try later'. After multiple attempts managed to submit end October readings successfully, and it told me how much I'd used since I logged in at end September. But I can't 'manage' my account, so can't see my usage pattern over the past months. The website's also very slow. Apparently they're doing quite well in terms of profit, but can't keep the website properly operational.

Web site a total mess no energy updates since 11th of October or the ability to give a meter reading update so I can keep track of my usage if this is their idea of helping customers manage power consumption then I will definitely be looking elsewhere in the near future

Unable to login to account, account and password details correct and checked. Yet again Scottish Power display a complete inability to operate any type of customer service. Trying to contact them by whatever method is extremely frustrating, with customers left paying for a service which does not meet required standards.

Chaotic administration - keep setting direct debits set too high, processes grossly over automated and doing things that make no sense - and no way to contact Scottish Power because their phones have such long queues that they are never answered.

Unable to log in and it keeps stating incorrect detail but it not. Try to reset password again says incorrect so ended up on automated payment to top up but then it stated top accepted but it would take up to 3 days to process… just rubbish I will look into changing suppliers one that is more reliable and is open on Sundays to sort out problems
