Sephora CS can’t do a thing - useless

Piece of crap site. Half of same day order went through they didn’t have the other half. Since Sephora doesn’t substitute I had 19 min for same day delivery and submitted in time but it froze and their site went down. Now finally 15 minutes 20 minutes later it comes up for me.

Poor Service

I am yet to experience Sephora's website working properly. Granted this is just my second time trying to place an online order, but this is supposed to be a straightforward process. Quite disappointing. Calling Customer Service does not help. I am told to clear browser cookies. Already did that and already tried more than one browser. Wary of entering payment details on a site that does not work well.

Online booking appointment for services on unavailable time slots and dates

Website offers appointment for services at times and dates that are not yet available. Says you must call for appointments more than 90 days out, but even within 90 days it doesn't register unless your appointment is within the next three weeks. Website also allows for booking timeslots past store closing time, which then requires the store to call you to correct the mistake.

Most of the time there are issues with your website. I can't add to basket and previously if I can add to basket, then the checkout button doesn't work. We have a small Sephora store in Chico, CA but it doesn't always have the items that I want. This web problem is nothing new, it has been happening for a LONG time

I’m in Canada and the Sephora site won’t load on my iPad or my iPhone. Very frustrating, why is this happening? I have a gift card I want to use.

This is ridiculous. Such a big company but their site is hopeless. Trying to checkout the skincare for last 30 minutes but keep loading the shipping address details and not allowing me to place an order.
Better to shop at Mecca than to waste time on this one.

Just wanted to add to all the similar recent comments, that nothing happens when you try to click anything. I just wanted to buy some skincare for my sister. I try to click, nothing happens. I've found that using the middle mouse key to open to new window works, but when it's time to check-out, that doesn't work. So best you can do is just browse around, but I'm just unable to purchase anything.
