Today I called Growatt in the Netherlands, they still have a few issues with connections to external “parties, apps” my ShinePhone app works, but the one from homewizzard no longer works with the Growatt server, but they are working on it, I was told.

Ich würde gerne zuverlässig auf die Daten zugreifen können.
Hab die Anlage jetzt knapp 1 Jahr und immer wieder Probleme beim Abgreifen der Daten, ist echt nervig, suche nach einer anderen Möglichkeit meine Daten zu sehen.
Kundenservice sieht anders aus.
Kann ja sein das Probleme bestehen, jommt "mal" vor, aber nicht zu informieren ist eine Frechheit

The growatt server is so flaky. Often down, configuration changes to manage the battery often take several attempts. no way to contact them they are appalling. wold love to find another way to manage my battery and solar panel usage. The mobile App is even worse and thats hard to believe.

I believe it is strictly a monitoring issue

If it helps I also monitor my electricity using a Shelly EM and it indicates that in my case the battery is actually performing fine and is behaving exactly as it is supposed to. I don't think the inverter uses network for its normal operations. I believe this is strictly a monitoring issue.

Server reports 500 errors or 'plant does not exist'. Occasionally, when it works, there are gaps in the data. The problem is the Growatt server, not the app or web browser or the network.
This makes it impossible to monitor the PV setup. Are there any alternatives?

Kan niets meer zien in de klote app.
Shinephone werkt al slecht sinds mijn Growatt omvormer aankoop. Nu helemaal niets vandaag. Gisteren heel af en toe nog wat data binnen maar vandaag niets. Aan mijn kant werkt alles prima maar die klote server is meer offline dan dat ie doet wat ie moet doen. Echt de miskoop van het jaar. Ook de monitoring in mijn homewizard app is offline. Daar kan ik dus ook niets meer zien. Helaas geen mogelijkheid in die shinewifi app om gewoon lokaal te monitoren en te loggen. Kortom, het is een waardeloos systeem.

Down Again

Looks like it came up briefly then went down again.
I have been able to login all the time ... but no data reported from my Inverter.
Now I can see 1 data point at 20:10 ... nothing between 14:00-20:10, or after 20:10

Growatt / shineapp issues

Data logger connected to wifi but no data in shinephone app. Restqrted router and even tried connecting to a mobile hotspot just in case no difference.

Been off since this afternoon sometime. Annoying we cant change mode timings offline.

Service unreliable.
While the old site is still available and provides downloadable data, the new site does not provide this, only low-detail graphs that reset every day and no history of battery charge.
