Problem with getting into my account. It appears to be stuck at location page and cannot get in regardless of what zip code is used. Was looking forward to going shopping today but now I won't be going to Shaws as I can't clip any of my coupons.

Shaws app down!

The app doesn’t recognize any shows locations. It says there are no services available no matter which ZIP Code you put in. It won’t let you enter the app unless it says there’s a store at that zip code. Catch 22.

Can't place my Shaw's order

won't let me place my order at checkout. won't let me add a credit card. sometimes it does but when I go to place my order it says....we missed you. Please sign in. But I am already signed in. I signed out and tried again. I cleared my history. still nothing works. Very frustrating.

App or the website, it just keeps asking to confirm the CVV of the credit card. I've use two different logins, deleted and reentered the cards, it just keeps kicking back to saved payment

End of Sept. 2023 Shaws app is bug ridden and UNUSABLE

Since notified of "improved app" last week in September, and reinstalling app, app does not work at all. At least 3 different notification on my Android phone indicated that Shaws app has bug, and should be removed from the phone.
This is egregious and unprofessional to proclaim great new features on an app, tatke your word for it, and then not be able to use any Shaws app at all and have to delete it completely from my phone!!

Website is down multiple times per week. The electronic coupons you clip don't come up at the register and you then have to go to the front desk to get refunds. Happens all the time...

Inconvenience

I'm trying to place and order and won't let me submit my order. Keeping getting an api failed message. Talk to support and they told me it's my internet. I was using my phone, but went on to my wifi. Still not working. I even tried using another device, I restarted my phone and reinstalled the app.
