Smile.Amazon.com cart page will not load on iPhone iOS 16 safari. Get white screen. Also tried google chrome with same results. However, smile cart works fine using iPad iOS 15. Apple support say it’s not an Apple problem. Amazon says it’s not an Amazon problem. Why don’t you collaborate to solve this. Look at all the comments here about the same issue.

Cart shows blank screen when trying to use the cart link. However if I add an item to the cart it will load (and I can immediately remove that item). Has been this way a few days.

My cart and saved items have all disappeared from Amazon Smile. I tried using the ADMIN suggested links and they either don't work at all or I get to the same loss of saved items, etc. If I login to the standard site, everything is there. Sorry Mike Rowe, but until this gets fixed, I can't support your work.

Certain actions in the website changes its url from smile.amazon.com to just amazon.com. For instance: clicking on one of the grocery links to get to Amazon Fresh or Whole Foods Market. If not corrected by checkout, purchase may not generate any donation to charity of smile user's choice.

Have tested this on multiple devices and Chrome and Edge browsers -- same result in all.

Called Amazon customer service to report this problem. They seemed clueless.
