Spirit airlines app and website down. Will not let you log in on app or website using Apple products. It has been like this for days!! Accepts username and password but doesn't switch off the login screen or gives an error. All information is probably being gathered from a hacker. I don't get these companies ok with making their customers angry?? Customers will stop using them and then they will make excuses that it's our fault and need a bailout to collect our money anyways. Time is money anymore and people aren't going to put up with this to save a few dollars.

Tried to log in at Spirit Airlines and change/update my pw according to instructions (because I have forgotten my password) but when I use the temporary pw (copied & pasted) it still says pw or email is incorrect. My email address is correct and when I tried to establish a new account it says that one already exists. Tried chat - received an email telling me that I will get a response within 30 days!! Enough already. I am not comfortable flying an airline that has such inadequate tech.

Worst customer service ever

I keep trying to book online and keep getting error message. I called customer service (I use that term lightly, as they have zero customer service) and they could not help and could not tell me why the tech problems on the site. Said they would transfer my call and all I got was the survey and a hangup. I called 14 times and was only able to get through twice. I can't believe I'm going to have to drive to the airport just to book my flights. Spirit is the absolute worst in customer service.

Website errors all of the time. Had to phone them and I couldn't understand the person's accent, then the call was dropped. Called them again and the number did not exist. I could not remember the last time I was successfully able to book a trip online on Spirit website on Chrome, Safari or on their mobile app. The worse is when you call their agents they have no clue about the points you have via Free Spirit program and they cannot help you. The most frustrating part is their service staff is very rude, unprofessional and most often have to send your issue to the next level up for help. Why won't they just let us help ourselves and not have to deal with their rude staff over phones and gates?

Absolutely every time I go to the website via 2 different mobile phones, both through the App and website, plus via a desktop, there's always an issue with logging in, paying, or checking in. This has happened during the year of membership on many occasions and different months. I've even resorted with booking via different airlines even though it would've been cheaper with my Spirit membership. What a joke. Do they actually want customers and bookings?....maybe not...?

I've been getting an "ERROR" banner at the top of my screen since 6/6/22. A lady I talked to in customer service said to try another browser. I said I was using Chrome (which is usually any company's preferred browser). I kid you not, she suggested I use Microsoft Edge. Well, I stooped to a new level and tried it with Microsoft Edge, and got the same ERROR. If I didn't have a credit to use with Spirit, I wouldn't be trying this hard!!!

But when I call customer service to change my flight I am expected to pay double the price shown online bcz customer service doesn't offer same pricing as online.....that's some b.s. My booking is confirmed but I cannot Check In either. I keep getting the pop-up: "An error has occurred. Please try again. If the error persists, please call our reservation department at 855-728-3555." and when I call them I got put on hold for 45 minutes only to hear they can't do anything about the error or the inability to Check In and I should just go to the airport and do it myself.

I just paid for a flight but the confirmation number doesn’t work. I cannot log in to find my flights but the transaction is pending on my bank account. I did not receive my email from Spirit for the confirmation or my departing / return flight. I booked through the Google Travel and got my confirmation numbers through there. The website doesn’t work, log in doesn’t work, and neither does the last name + confirmation # reservation search.
