First it was the most difficult provider to actually register a new account. I bought the Sunpass Plus that works on the eastern seaboard as well as in Florida. It took 2 days to finally get an account. Worked fairly well until recently when the site says....no information send by website. So I am pinging it, but it has ZERO response. I wanted to add additional money to the account, and possibly make it dormant for a month or so as I will not be using it. I read where Sunpass makes your account unavailable if you don't use it regularly. I use it daily for express lanes to get to my chemotherapy. Those lanes are great. It's sad that Sunpass can't get their act together. Florida sites with the state have always been pretty bad, but this is a commercial site. I expect better. I am retired IT, and if our site had been this difficult, most of the people I worked with would have been fired. It cant be that busy of a site. Went to updown site, and it say no issues, that is wrong. I used three different browsers, and none are working, Edge, Brave, and Chrome all result in the "no information sent from site." So it's down. Checked it on my phone, same result.

Site Acts funky all the time will not accept my PW which I have written down. Difficult to get page to reset. Can’t go back to confirm amount entered site is just a total pain. Email for more payment sent too early

System currently unavailable error when attempting to logon to account

Unable to login to account on Sunpass website. Error = "We're sorry, the system is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Tried multiple times between 3pm and 4:30pm (Eastern). Would be nice to know when it is expected to be back up - instead of just "try again later".

Site is currently unavailable. I entered my rental information on the site when I got the rental. Now 3 weeks later I get charged for tolls by the rental company. This is not acceptable.

The website works. But whenever you try to log in. the page says its unavailable. "please try again later" I can't log in, not from my cellphone, not from my iPad, not from any apps, not from website or any computer. I can't reset the password. I can't do anything. I bought a car and I had a rental on the account. I haven't been able to remove the rental car and add my new car because I can't log in. There is just simply no way of doing it. They also take about 50 min to get an answer on the phone and no.. They do NOT call you back if op in for the call back option.
I will be complaining if i keep getting charged on the rental car that I already returned.

old, not user friendly, not easy to understand, they keep changing everything, from username to account number vice versa and the passwords from pins to passwords. We have to constantly change everything because they are "updating"

tried to sign up then sign in and all attempts fail. Telephone does not fix the problem...why buy a transponder that you cannot activate or use?????
