Failure after many months

i can't log in with any account! after you confirm which account you want to use, it logs me out again like wtf. its been a few months later since I last tried to log in and same problem again

when i try login into surviv it goes thru but when the homepage pops in again its shows its not logged in. also it doesnt load in the current season and stays at #1. i tryed reloading, shutting down my pc, and even tryed to do it on another device. am i doing something wrong?
