The customer service at the call centre just having fun but most of the time they are not listening or can not help. The website has to be improved as there are always some issues does not work. There are so many things the system knows but it is hard to find anything. Even with the search. Complain from the account takes 6 months, but only 1 person can help after 30 minutes of passing line in callcenter.
