404 error message

I keep getting a 404 error message, saying page isn't found when I go to my cart. It has been a couple of weeks of this issue... so I reached out to customer service yesterday. I can log on and edit my website, but not invites or view cart. I tried just remaking them, and it won't even let me personalize them now. I'm waiting to hear back from customer service.

Desktop website is trash. I'm logged in and cannot leave the main page. I have edits I need to make to my wedding website and I can't get to it. In the rare event the site DOES let me navigate to the wedding website tab it acts as if I have logged out of flat out do not have a website set up.
