Website Not Accepting Reservations

Website will not accept reservation. Keeps saying, "An error has occurred. Please wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem persists, contact customer care to make a booking." Been going on for 10-15 minutes. 7:35PM CST on 8/15/2023.
