Site has been down for days. Even my rewards got returned after redemption. While logging in, it keeps saying “Error:Authentication failed. Please try again.”

Toluna - Consistently Down /Substandard Website Admin

I get the standard "Error:It looks like something went wrong on our end. Please refresh the page and try again." and "Error:Authentication failed. Please try again."
I then log in again and it lets me in however the point balance is not displayed. As soon as you select any tab/function it immediately logs you out.
How are you supposed to complete surveys and provide honest feedback with a website which is simply substandard and down 90% of the time. Absolute joke to its members.

i couldnt login since November it just says "Error:It looks like something went wrong on our end. Please refresh the page and try again." and "Error:Authentication failed. Please try again.".

cant access it on browser and mobile. tried changing password and i havent received email for confirmation.

Asking to confirm email again

It’s keeps saying that confirm your email every time I come on home page after polls and rewards page I think because of that my surveys hangs in the middle of filling it and I have to end it then I loose my points

Not been able to login for several days

Haven't been able to login since October 4. On desktop, the login form comes up OK, but the 'login' button does nothing. Login credentials 100% surely correct. On mobile can't even get to the site at all - gives a "403 bad request" error right away. The 'contact us' form on desktop site doesn't seem to work either.

(1) Always problems with the website. (2) Continues to allow respondents to complete an awful lot of a survey, (sometimes all of it) only to screen them out because (so Toluna claims) the survey has (just) filled up! (3) The screen that says (when you're halfway through a survey) "It's not your fault but ours" and then shuts down!

It is nearly impossible to sign in, and if I DO GET a survey, it asks a few questions, and then freezes. I am also trying to use my points, and this also is impossible to enter into.
