Turbify Web Hosting is VERY Unreliable

We manage several sites with Turbify as the host...this time all websites have been down since 02/28/2024, 4:40 am. Turbify says they have a server issue with no estimate of when this will be corrected. Our experience with Turbify Web Hosting has been very poor and unreliable, Our sites have been down or inaccessible at least 3-time a year (for as long as 6-weeks at a time). With this last issue, we have decided to take our sites to a more reliable hosting company.

CANNOT LOAD NEW SITE for 2 MONTHS now..error message

MONTHS been trying to publish my site. I had turbify thru yahoo for many years. Built a new site on the turbify site with web host tools and CANNOT publuish it...always an error message. I call then FIVE times and have spent 7 HOURS on the phone. they do nothing. I do NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE site for months now. HORRIBLE

cannot publish my site!!!

built my site in website builder...a eek now and 3 phone clals and 4 hrs of time and they cannot seem to publish my site!!!! always the same thing and we will escalat your case...they already bo=illed me my new charges!!!

Absolute nightmare, company should be sued. Website down for at least five days in September, with no answers. Lost a lot of business. Wasted time on hold for hours to agents in India, one after the other (including supervisors) promising me a refund for those five days, but always ending calls with "our back end team will call you", "a supervisor will be calling you for that", etc. And then raised prices by 50% with no notice whatsoever. I did not receive notification of this. CEO in Maryland unresponsive when I messaged.

Site down since 9/2!!

My business website has been down since Sat 9/2!!! Parts of it load correctly i.e. some pictures will load on some pages but not others. Same with text. Come on FIX IT!!

Website Won't Load Properly

My website is missing content and doesn't load properly which includes all my book covers and information about me as the author. I just get the main heading picture on my pages, but even those are distorted. With a new book release on September 1, this is making my life difficult.

Turbify Website Design - will not load - My website is missin content

Turbify Website Builder will not load - My website is missing content and after several calls and chats with customer service - there seems to be no answers to when the 'Backend Team' will get this resolved. My company relies on a dependable website and Turbify has hardly been dependable. This issue has been going on for 7 days now and no communication from them. When they were transitioning to cPanel it took 7 weeks and you could not make any changes to the website..... This is completely unacceptable.

Website down! Major problem for us

Sits on a Verizon loading screen. This is major for us to be down. This is the biggest weekend of the month for what we use our website for. This is the 3rd time this year....seriously time to look for another provider. I have 2 websites through you guys and both are down. Extremely disappointing. The last outage last for 5 weeks...this better not be the case this time.

Turbify is a JOKE

I spent the entire summer rebuilding my website on this stupid website builder... About a week ago I started calling (literally) India because suddenly none of my forms were working. Now - the whole F-ing site is down and this is like the "make or break" week for the WHOLE YEAR for my business. :(
My Indian "friend" just told me that, since today is Saturday, it would be at least Monday before they could (realistically) repair the "system wide error."
Unbelievable. This is my worst nightmare.

Turbify Web Builder not loading.

website builder won't load and my website no longer works. A verizon logo comes up with a "loading" circle and nothing happens. It work this morning when I was working on it.

Turbify servers ALL went down since April 28, 2023 we're in August 6, 2023 and still nothing has been fixed, each time I call they have a rep in India tell me the same thing, "we apologize and our engineers will fix in 3-5 days" but nothing has been done in 4 months! Avoid this company!

Our domains have been spotty for over a month. What was being forwarded to one landing page is either not working or incomplete. I can access one on a computer and cell phone. One on a cell phone only and one--not at all. They keep telling me it will be 3-5 business days and that started on 5/2/23. Now it is 6/7/23 and they told me the same answer again. I want to switch to someone else....

my Turbify website has been down for 2 weeks - the domain forward simply disappeared, I can't restore it, and Turbify tells me it's a System Wide Error and they're working on it, but it doesn't make sense. 2 weeks? For such a trivial function as domain forwarding?

Website functions are gone

Problems with the transition to Turbify persist for over a month now. Cannot access inventory, which makes it impossible to add products! Almost comical how bad this has been, if not for the serious impact on my business. Stay away from these clowns at all cost.

It's a one page website with no links. How do you lose that?

Website disappeared. Now says Under construction. Turbify passes me from one department to another. They keep "escalating". How far up can it go? You host thousands of complicated full commerce websites. Mine is one page with no links. How are you having an issue with that?

Will Not publish

Website unable to publish, and if it does say it "Publishes", it will not update the webpage. Called support. They cannot give a date when this will be repaired (over a week). I got a ticket number and was told they would call back when issue resolved and they will discuss compensation for days lost. An estimate would be very helpful. There is no point in continuing w/service if I can't update the site.

Turbify update forcing stores to close or move

Turbify update was planned for April 25, 2023 completed by April 27, 2023. As of today, May 15, still unable to access inventory. Customer since 2006. I had a successful shop before Turbify placed virtual handcuffs on my ability to function. Concerned Turbify is keeping quiet and not providing ballpark dates for resolving their issue due to their cost and effort into fixing my shop and others, exceeds their income/ratio. Letting bigger stores slide into oblivion, as the effort to fix it exceeds what they'll make. Without my ability to access tens of thousands of sku's in inventory, it will take me months to rebuild.

Turbify Upgrade Failure

Turbify website builder functionality completely broken. Unable to view dashboard, edit site or publish. Domain forwarding not available. My site not visible for past 7 days. Have called tech support- to really support- each day. Cannot get a straight answer to when issues will be resolved. Problems started after system upgrade. Looks like development team didn't do proper regression testing to identify impact to legacy infrastructure. What a bunch of clowns.

Not only is domains not working correctly; now I cannot publish updates. We pay for this service and should be getting money back or a discount if things are not working

Website changed on its own....background changed colors on its own can't see anything on site pages... Turbify did this to the website without me making any changes to the website..... very unhappy always had issues going back to yahoo small business...things have got really bad over last few years with the constant company name changes..

Should have bailed out while the getting was good.

Nothing works! Period! Site HTML editor has a decent interface, but if you hit publish, it will trash your index.html to say "Under Construction". It actually worked for a little while.
Talking to tech support is over a 1/2 hour wait, and I can only understand about 75% of what they say. They don't seem to be able to understand english any better than I can understand them. I've had three sites with them from the beginning when it was Yahoo, but it is time to bail out!

I suggest you find a different provider. Our website updates and publishes in Sitebuilder but the server is not updating. Called support, they are supposedly working on it, that was 6 days ago. I want a refund...

File manager doesn't connect to domain for updates

file manager will not update my website. was on the phone to support 2 times, and they finally told me that it is an internal problem. sent me an email they would fix and contact me via email in 3-5 business days. i am done, finished, cannot update my website, but in their file manager the updates show i did them, just doesn't connect to my domain.
