Problem logging in

Tried to log in , normally it’s Face ID, went straight to email and password, it wouldn’t accept, stated five more attempts, requested link to reset password , waited for link , the site directed me full circle to enter email and password . Assumed it’s down . Weird as they sent me an email to say my first take 3 payment is due .

Is there problems with very tonight? I can’t get into the payment screen after checkout. Tried to make purchase and it didn’t confirm. My bank has a pending payment but I don’t have a confirmed order as item still in my basket. Tried again with PayPal and it said it couldn’t authorise so I did again but now I have two PayPal payments pending as well as the bank payment snd still no confirmation of my order(s). I only want one item. But I seem to have paid for three and don’t have a confirmed order????
