Paid twice of 150.00 due to no confirmation payment went throgh verified just arrow at top browser go to payment so thought did not go on but took out my bank not had no confirmation by email.

Keep getting a message both on my laptop and phone when I try to log in, access denied you do not have permission on this server - bloody annoying as I purchased a laptop earlier in the day, due for delivery tomorrow

Payment acreen
Is there problems with very tonight? I can’t get into the payment screen after checkout. Click the checkout button and just reruns to top of page with a message in a blue box saying about items not purchased have been returned to your basket and to check if I still want to purchase them. The payment screen won’t load

App issues.

Favourites completely gone.

Tried to make purchase and it didn’t confirm. My bank has a pending payment but I don’t have a confirmed order as item still in my basket. Tried again with paypal and it said it couldn’t authorise so I did again but now I have two PayPal payments pending as well as the bank payment snd still no confirmation of my order(s). I only want one item. But I seem to have paid for three and don’t have a confirmed order????

Can't log in

Everyone that is trying to log in to very or littlewoods and gets the message access denied you do not have permission to access on this server. I had the same problem for over a week. It says this if you try to log in using your email address but if you use your account number it works fine. Hope this helps.

3.cant login with email address wants account number
4.buy items keeps rejecting the page
5.if you cant make payments that fine don't send emails saying your credit history report will leave you bad history

Made payment yesterday couldn’t authorised the payment . Contacted bank and was told that there is a problem with very online payment system . Money will go back into my account but didn’t say how long it would take . Maybe around 3-5 days I think .

I‘m having the same issue, but just to note on those saying there money has been taken. What happens is sometimes even on unauthorised payments, your bank still annoyingly puts a hold on the money. The hold usually expires after 3-5 working days after which the money is once again accessible.

Got a text from very saying that I have a payment due. Proceed to very app to make said payment. Wouldn’t accept my card 5times I tried. checked with bank and 5 payments have come out leaving me overdrawn spoke to some south African woman who went to speak to a management then got hung up on I have been robbed disgusting

I’m furious .. made three payments from 2 different cards as it said my payment could not be authorised but it seems my payment was taken … can’t get through on that stupid robot live chat service or on the phone .. had to go looking for this site to see if it was a web problem .. no advice on the Very page ..
