January 2024 Website doesn’t work

In multiple times, I had issues placing orders since December 2023....at checkout displayed message BAD_REQUEST. I had to place order through Website Chat. But today, January 18th 2024, the LOG IN option is not on the website Menu.

Website doesn’t work

I’m trying to make a purchase and it keeps telling me something went wrong and my order isn’t put through. I tried reporting the issue to the company but it’s a bot that keeps asking if something is wrong with my delivery. I haven’t been able to order anything so there’s nothing to deliver. I’ve tried their website and their app and I can’t place my order in either place.

Failed to fetch

I was in the middle of shopping last night and all of a sudden I was having errors looking at items. I checked my cart and it logged me out. I tried to log back in and it keeps saying Failed to fetch. I tried chatting with someone but they weren't able to help me back online. I cleared all my cache and reset my computer. Today I went to the website again and I am still having the same problem. I cannot even access my account info on the app. I also tried to use the chat button again today and it will not open a chat any longer.

I am having the exact same problem. In the middle of shopping, all items began to have error codes of looks like something went wrong. Now I can't even log into my account anymore. I have tried multiple times to click the forgot password, and that doesn't work either. I'm getting the failed to fetch code. This is insane. Customer service is of no help whatsoever.

Problem with the vs and pink app and website.

This has been happening for 2 days now. On the app and the website. Whenever I choose something say a certain type of 5 for $30 underwear or a certain fragrance set it will start to load but then just says there was a issue loading.
