I tried Viki for first time yesterday. I have the free version now but had planned to pay for it shortly.
Yesterday I watched a show for a while and then it stopped as it seemed to be buffering. I waited a long time, got disgusted and shut it down.
Today I was trying to watch once again. Ads came up and I watched them. The sound and subtitles came back on after the ads but not the show. It was stuck on an advertisement screen. So frustrating. If I pay for a subscription will I still be experiencing these issues? Are these problems only occurring for the "free" version?

Yesterday, the subtitles said 100% but but all of the new episodes that were released don't work on the TV, but they work on the phone

This is the only place I can watch my favorite Asian dramas now that Netflix has taken a lot of the old ones off its service. I literally can't get those shows on DVD or Prime or ANYWHERE. Please fix the site. Every time there's an add or a new episode tries to start, it f****** crashes. Fix. It.

Thank you Viki for blocking me by showing false VPN, like NordVPN or Proxy error message, both on my lap top and my Android. How about the money I´ve paid you? BTW - why do you ask for email adress when submitting reports when you don´t answer?
