Completely dissatisfied!

Just bought a phone and I can't even use it because the app does not work to turn on service. The website is down too. Extremely frustrating. I think I made a big mistake with this company. What a rip off. Completely dissatisfied!

Site throws 502 server error and app throws "oops something went wrong."

New account this morning, ported my number, no service. Support chat takes forever, disconnects frequently, requires re-authenticating and repeating whole discussion each time, all morning. Finally the whole system: app and website, apparently fell down around noon; still down a few hours later. Web site throws 502 error, and app throws "oops, something went wrong" popup. I think I made a big mistake with this company.

I am in Visible Jail, no service, can't leave. Worst Cell Company EVER.

I have had nothing but problems for that past few months since signing up with visible. My husband tried to upgrade my account today thinking that would help, they instead deactivated my account (but don't worry they charged for the upgrade first!). The app and website have been down for hours. I am done with visible. I tried to sign up with Verizon but Verizon cannot port my number. I am literly in visible jail. I have no service, I need my phone for work. I am LIVID. Worst cell company ever and that's saying alot!!

Visible is partially down, no texts

I have a Pixel 6, it will not send or receive texts as of early yesterday morning, I'm in Ogden and Salt Lake City, Utah. No help from Visible, I've tried chatting with them twice. I can't connect to their chat on my computer's web browser, as they have to text me a verification code. Guess what my phone hasn't been able to do for the last 36 hours or so??? They have no "try another way". So I'm stuck waiting for a chat response on my phone that doesn't work right, my hope is pretty dismal I'll get any help. And yes, I've restarted my phone many times, even completely shutting it down many times. I've reset my network settings (a real pain, because now you have to re-pair every Bluetooth device and reconnect to every WIFI you use). I've done the "airplane mode toggle". I've even disabled my eSim and re-enabled it. I'm putting all these attempts in here so other unsuspecting fools like me don't waste their time.

there is a US outage that is being worked on according to the online tech support. Nothing they can do until it is fixed. Which means what and how long? Found this out after waiting 2.5 hours for support..

The customer service is terrible. I cannot speech to an actual person. I sent over 50 texts to get a problem solved and still didn’t get it taken care of. I will be dropping them at the end of this billing cycle.

Tried for 3 hrs to signup. Finally was able to create an account but then tried to pay... 2 hrs later, still says that 5 of my credit cards had issues and could not be used. Called the bank and credit union and they said that absolutely no charge attempt had been made within a 4 hr time period.
This has to be the worst service I have ever tried to use. Their customer service chat was ridiculous. It would tell me every time that I was #35, etc... then every time when it would get to being next, 45 min to 1 hr later, it auto end the chat.
Even though they are a sub-company of Verizon, Visible has no idea what they are doing or how to operate.
DO NOT USE THEM! Frustration is all you will end up with.
