Thu, 27 Jul 2023 12:14:23 GMT is the time I'm typing this message... so about 20 hours later.
Their phone and chat is really slow to respond, and if you pressure them, they admit to a big outage (after a lot of wasting your time looking up your account, even though they know the problem...)
It's been rock-solid for me for half-a-decade up to this point, but such a long outage now is definitely raising my eyebrows. Looks like their infrastructure has some serious failure modes they didn't consider.

(Their own admin system runs on their own infrastructure, which I guess would be fine if it was better insulated against the same failures...)
