Can't log into Vons.com

I can't log into vons.com on my desktop. Says "The request requires user authentication." I've cleared cache, etc; still can't log in. This has been going on for MONTHS.

Cannot place an online order

Having a problem placing an order on desktop or app since Friday 1/12/2024 . When I try to checkout I get a popup that states that someone from my household already placed an order. I called customer service and they said they are aware of the issue and try clearing cache, using another device, etc. No resolve issue remains.

Vons App Down November 10, 2023

While the regular Vons.com website is working, it has limited functionality. On Friday, November 10,2023 at around 10:30 - 10:45 AM PST, the Vons app is extremely slow and unreliable.

My vons app and through the website says there are technical issues try back later.....this has been for three days!! I can't even go shopping there without coupons.....it is WAY to expensive!

Vons used to overcharge me (ie, not apply digital codes or Just 4 U savings that I had added to my card) about 35% of the time, now it's up to 100%. 3 transactions, 3 overcharges - charging over twice as much as the items were supposed to be. I havent' shopped them as much as I used to, now I will not shop them at all.

called Vons support regarding Orders - Error Code: STS00002 and she never heard of it. her coworker had so she had my try changing the pick up time but still got the Oops, system down error so she sent it to IT dept and they should fix it and/or call me by tomorrow. what I ordered is outta stock everywhere!!
