They Canceled Order and locked me out

Placed an order online. Within minute got an email that they Canceled my order. Whent to log in and was locked out. This happend to my roomate and was never fixed. I call "Customer Service" and asked for a US Rep. Was not possible to speek to one. They where in South Affrica. They told me to wait 4 1/2 hours for "the changes to take place". I did... Still nothing. Called again. This one said that the first rep didnt do any thing and she would take care of it.... another 4 1/2 hours later i tried again. Same S^!T. It feels like my account is being held hostage. In the AM im calling and will fight to get a US Rep to find out what the hell is going on. i go to walmart.com try to login,
"We have reset your password as a security measure. To continue to access your account, please choose a new password." to Enter verification code they send to email. But Error. "Something went wrong, please try again". Their codes are not working.

multiple credit union members getting declined walmart transactions

hi i work for a fraud detection company and since yesterday i have had at least 4 cardholders call thinking their cards are blocked because they are attempting a purchase but card keeps getting declined and the only error message being provided for the declines states "reason not specified". these cases are different states and different financial institutions, why are the transactions getting declined with so generic a reason?

I ordered last night for pickup today at the Lindale, TX location. I was to pick up between 9am & 10am. This morning, I got up and there was NO order showing. So, I re-entered my order for 1pm to 2pm. This time I show my Debit Card was used, but the order is not showing at all.
Nobody I talked to at the Lindale Supercenter had a clue there was an issue, but I never got a confirmation.
I have NEVER had this issue before.

I would first like to say, everyone that I have dealt with thru Walmart customer service chat has been very kind and I believe has tried to help me as much as possible, but I have placed several orders since February 1st just after midnight and haven't even be able to get the store to fill my order so that it could be delivered to me. My orders have been delayed for days and the first order was just cancelled without any information besides an email after it was 2 days delayed. And I thought I was reordering from a different store since I still haven't received food and I am completely out of everything at this point. But somehow ended up with the order not being filled again for the fourth time now from the same store that is continuing to fail me. I just would like to receive my food that I have been trying to order for four days now. We are hungry and have no transportation to get to a store. This is a huge inconvenience, especially since my husband is a diabetic and cant afford to be missing meals or eating poorly. I don't understand what the problem is because the winter storm advisory was lifted more than 48 hours ago. I don't know how to resolve this at this point.

I have had checkout issues for 2 days now. I cannot use my Walmart CC or my paypal account during checkout because it states that I cannot use because of Walmart+ which I don't have, and never had...something is hacked. I had capitol One Walmart card send me a text on my phone asking if I ordered Walmart+ which I had not... now they canceled my card and sending me a new card. So something is definitely hacked.
