Desktop app doesn't get to the signon screen. It just fades away.

I was a Webkinz authorized retailer, and have been a Webkinz user since 2008. At the end of every day I take time to login and play for awhile. A few weeks ago I was getting a warning message that a file might be missing, or I don't have authority. I'm the administrator.

PC Matic called the setup exec link had a virus, they quarantined about 16 files, and I discarded them. The error prooblem went on for more than a week. Three or four days ago, I was able to download the desktop app and install it without a problem.

However, it never starts. When I click on the link to open/play the initial small screen goes away, and I never get to the signon. I've tried different things, but I can't get around it.

Please fix it. Thank you.

Well I am not using webkinz.com I am using the actual app but it is really good. Today May 22nd 2022 it is apparently under maintenance
