UNABLE TO TRADE ON WEBULL

Webull failed to allow trade to be executed, during after hr trade on 07/10/23. This led to a case I was unable to sell a security at set price, while watching the security showing notable drop in late afternoon. shall i make a complaint to Webull?

My watchlist has disappeared on the web version. I have to use my Recent tab to access them. Also, my indicators disappear and I have to log out and log back in to have them show up again.

Lost money due to late exercise on options. Took them 2 days then once done they exercised it at the current price instead of the market price at the time when I requested it. Needless to say two days later the stock was down about 15%.

Webull gave me a pop-ip that said "session has timed out". When I preceeded to log back in ALL OF MY ACCOUNT INFO WAS GONE!!! It logged me in as if I were a new customer!!!

I just opened my webull app on my iPhone and it kicked me out of it and said i needed to sign up. I entered my email and password and it said it was incorrect so i deleted the app and downloaded it again. When i signed in it said password was incorrect again so I changed the password and got in but everything i had from my stocks and money was gone. Look like a fresh new account. Can some one please help me with this problem
