I couldn't track food or water so I uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile app. I logged in and still can't get anywhere.

Search Not Working

The search doesn't produce results. I type in apple and nothing happens. I scanned and tracked a food item yesterday and when I searched for it today to add to breakfast it doesn't show up. Type in apple for lunch, I get nothing.

After the latest "update" debacle, I stopped my membership. My personal food entries were erased and I couldn't rely on the correct points /nutritional info in the app itself. Much of it was totally wrong compared to the nutritional information on the food packaging! I brought this to WW's attention but nothing was done to fix it. Here's a tip: save your $25/month and count calories, sat fat, sugar, fiber, & (if you want) points. I made myself a spreadsheet for this and am down 80 lbs so it WORKS!

WW isn't working right. You get a server error when you scan or try to add food to your day. Quick add is working, and you can query the food but it will not add it to your day.

Neither app or website will add a searched food to daily points. Quick add is working, and you can query the food but it will not add it to your day

My new week starts today and the weeklies are correct however it is showing I used 13 and only 6 left; it is 6:50am and I haven't eaten yet. Last night when I looked at my weeklies left after logging dinner it showed I had 81 left when it showed 20+ that morning. What is going on??!!!!
