Failed to redraw.

Someone sent money from Istanbul to Ghana on 2nd April 2024 till today, I'm not able to redraw from the banks. They said network issues. It's stressful.

Western Union is constantly crashing or going offline. This happens every other week at different Publix. I've tried at 3 different Publix for the last 3 days and at all 3 W.U. kicked them off with the message please try again.

System down

I’ve been waiting a week to get refunded my transaction. Been on hold for hours trying to speak to someone but no one picks up . Got in touch with a regular rep on the phone but they couldn’t refund my transaction. I’m going to the cops to report them stealing my money.

refused my card after bank approved it with no explanation. Told me to use another card which I tried to do and the website froze. I rang them for assistance and was told I can't make any transfer without removing all cookies from my computer first as the website requires a lot of processing space - this seemed bizarre. I tried this and the website still froze and also wiped off parts of my card details. I rang them again and was given no explanation except it will take at least 3 days to get back to me. I have never used western union before and will not use again - awful!!!

Western union service at retail stores, Kroger, food lion is totally unreliable and down for extended periods of time.
I have a western union account and most disappointed. I end up going to the post office.
This is in Roanoke Va.

I have been unable to send money for the past 2 days.
