Debit card daily pymt limit won’t change

Unable to change debit card daily payment limit on the app or website. Says, ‘it’s taking a bit longer than usual’, then doesn’t change the limit at all.

this is so annoying, but westpac are backed by the reserve bank so everyone's money is insured. this unacceptable. I AM DEFINITELY switching banks once this is resolved. stay strong everyone

I got so scared when I logged onto my account via app then looked very strange but there was no pop up or any information that there is an issue to log in etc.. I tried to log in from my laptop no luck.
I called Westpac, the waiting time was 40mins. but I feel a little better once I have seen all the comms, I am not the only one that is facing this issue. phewwwwww. Please resolve this issue quickly Westpac!!!!!!

I got into my acc on my desktop, and tried to change my password. won't work. tried to contact chat assistant, won't work. called every bloody westpac number incl their 24 hour service nothing!!! just stay strong everyone and pray. we're gonna get through this. this is so unaccpetable. hopefully we recover our accounts!! IM MOVING BANK STAT!!!!!!!!!

Couldn’t log into app, saying password invalid.
Logged on via website, all accounts gone.

Why don’t they learn?

Accounts have all gone. Cannot access mobile or online banking. Where is the SMS alert so we don’t all think we’ve been hacked? It is called communicating with your customers and giving them confidence!

What is happening to Online banking asnd phone support

Cannot lo on to Westpac online, also cannot contact phone support. Phone support lets yu wait for 10 minutes then hang up
Plus there are various notices that Westpac online is down but nothing from Westpac Why?

Android 9 problems with Westpac app

I think the latest version of the app(sends notifications of account activity) might have a compatibility issue with Android 9. My Samsung Note 8 has been having black screen problems since I installed it. Factory reset 9/1/22. All good till Thursday when I re-installed the app from playstore and about 2 hours later the phone blacked out again.
