Hi, I am a Whatnot Systems Engineer. Operations informed me that the server room is flooded and we are currently trying to move everything to our backup Servers in India. We have a technician in route to the hotsite. It should be no more than 3-4 hours before we are back up.

I 100% get that they are likely dealing with major tech/hack issues and losses, but they should have a point person as the PR/comm cat who communicates these things immediately. Whatnot prides itself on being 24/7. I'm a buyer and a seller on Whatnot, and I can't get a response.
