County-given monopoly in my area so the staff treat customers very poorly since they know we have no other options. This is beside the fact the website won't load.

Can't get logged in. Can't access my account. Can't cancel contract. WM keeps renewing my contract and changes the renewal date and states they will fine me for 6 months of service and charges for the dumpster if I cancel. Just to name a "few" of the issues

Website Glitching

Site keeps flashing. When I log in and try to attempt a payment, it flashes again and returns to log in. Then it flashes non-stop. Had this issue today and yesterday (Sept. 7th & 8th)

unable to log in

website doesn't accept my log in or address or customer ID and tells there's network issue. I've check my network is healthy and working fine on all sites but thiers.

Pickup is very inconsistent. Garbage is out.and birds and animal tear it up when pick up is delayed by a week. Of course I have pick it up all of the yard and fields. This happens way to many times. Is there a robo call to inform customers? I have back problems and struggle at times to haul it back to the garage. I don't want to go back to a transfer station!! 814 757_7120
