Won’t open or update

Can’t open app. Wants an update, but won’t update…….. I’ve restarted my phone and tried going direct to the App Store. All my other apps are updated.

Shoppers app not working AGAIN!!

Tried to order on the Shoppers Drug Mart App and it just keeps saying "something went wrong" when I try to pay. This seems to always happen when they have a big Points event!

Shoppers App never works!!

Keep trying to order on the Shoppers app and when I go to checkout and hit submit it tells me "something went wrong try again" ...I've tried several times and the wheel just keeps spinning! What a terrible shopping app!!

Your web site is never working. I need to know if you have an item in stock instead of driving all the way to a store to find out you don't have it. I would think that somebody like GalenWeston would have the common sense to make sure your web sites are working properly. You are discouraging customers from shopping in your stores.

Simple. It cannot connect to a working server.
