Cannot connect with website. Customer service is someone who who can barely be understood( language ) Told her the problem and never got a reply. Dead silence on phone. Finally hung up. This is a company that is calling me all the time but now doesn't recognize me.

Waiting for resolution of Credit Card dispute.
I was a long time VOIPo customer. Looking back the company was challenged ever since they needed to quickly change to a new IBM central processing system, normally something companies take years to plan for instead of the short time IBM gave them. At the same time they lost one of their key technical talents. From that point on, VOIPo was being challenged in many ways and seemed on their way to rebuilding their company, but some technical issues kept showing up. About a year before the company shut down, I began noticing the CEO irritating emails saying you could get a saving by signing up for 2 years stopped. In my case, VOIPo didn't give me a refund as they claimed after taking money from, my credit card without my permission.
I saw someone had posted an email from Timothy Dick the VOIPo CEO saying that the credit card processor stopped allowing them to receive funds and issue refunds, so if you wanted to get a refund to dispute the credit card bills they had because the credit card processor has lots of money from VOIPo. At the same time I noticed the help tickets reasons I made for the billing were still there, but the reasoning to what they were for and what was occurring was not there. All gone. Frankly I'm not sure what information the credit card processor has if any. So after transitioning over to the knew recommended VOIP company and setting myself up, I filed a Credit Card dispute. I received a conditional refund, they said based on what I told them I met the description of being slammed and would flag the account if other customers filed a claim. VOIPo has about 60 days to respond. I already have an email made with all the evidence I received with them acknowledging my specific issues with additional screen shots of other customer complaints ready go. I've sent one batch of stuff by email, but found more where the occurrence was admitted to. Once VOIPo responds, the credit card company will contact me to send my complete file and the turnaround time requested of me will be tight. Although, the Credit Card company gives VOIPo 60 days, Customers filing disputes are expected have the information organized. Customers aren't told that they will need to respond within something like 3-5 days. I'm ready, already. This is just the current process that takes time. Still, I wanted to file a dispute to get my money back instead of letting it go like many others seem to have done. I will soon. I may contact the FCC as well to make sure there is nothing more, they can to help me. I've been told the BBB is not with the time.
My new service is working fine, clearer and maybe saving me some $ as I use my line as a backup to my cell phone. I've been told it's likely I will be successful

Service transition complete, waiting for CC resolution of dispute.
I have transitioned to VOiP.ms as recommended. The quality of the phone line appears better than VOIPo. I've received a conditional refund from my credit card after filing a dispute and like others just waiting for getting full refund that's expected in October when VOIPo / CC Company is supposed to reply back to them. I've contacted other VOIPo customers to file credit card disputes after getting money taken from their CC account without their permission who are also waiting to for resolution.
