Holding funds and triple taxing

I redeemed a gift card more than 3 days ago only for it to never show in my wallet. Can't get in contact with support but the funds are off the card and it's just says processing may take up to 15 minutes. Whack!

Login worked for about a hour today

So site allowed logins for about a hour today, now the error code is back. They said we have to verify kyc again as well, but I also seen I had a 0 balance, where is my money.

Shady is putting it nicely.

I had a chat with customer service on Monday, (7/10) they said 2-3 days and the site will be running and can access/withdraw my money, it’s Thursday (7/13) and there has been no change, still no access to my account that my money has been sitting in for weeks without being able to even log in to see that it’s even still there anymore. And it’s unreal that this hasn’t been escalated or spoken of across the internet. What is up with this bs.

So disappointed with a site I used to hold in high regard.

And guess what, it’s still down, they posted a message stating they’d be running within the week, that time has passed, and we still have no access to our own funds. How is this okay, and why isn’t it being talked about more? Anyone with a Bitcard gift card right now, has nothing. And I redeemed mine, so they have the redeemed card’s value of bitcoin and shut down as soon as I was trying to withdraw. I needed that money, it was supposed to be safe, reliable, but no, I mean I can’t even log in to my own verified account, to see that it’s in my account…..why? There is a problem with the trust company, But why cut off everything, that definitely doesn’t sit well with me. This has caused a lot of chaos and stress and frustrations for me. It’s gift cards, they have been paid, purchased, gifted, there should not be a worry at all…but it’s all I’ve had the past few weeks, and I check everyday only to be disappointed, over and over again.

Login is disabled, a message gets displayed about the issues. things should hopefully be in better shape in a few days.

I emailed support and the owner told me this: "... We will do everything we can to withdraw your funds as soon as possible, but we are at the mercy of the Nevada Banking Commission to make the funds accessible, which is usually 2-3 banking days. We too have BTC stranded on the Trust platform and are working very hard to free up the assets ..."

Site is down, hopefully they're not pulling a voyage on us. Smh, everything btc on the rise, bitcard get real scammish, have 1500 in there, give us our money. Reported to FTC, SEC, BBB, AND THE GENERAL ATTORNEY IF PENNSYLVANIA. I advise people to do the same. The company is still under Bitcoin Solutions Inc. LLC (of Pennsylvania)
