ADP got new to sign up to DailyPay about year ago, only been 1day late twice in past year but NOW they are 7days behind in my account. They are causing me to have creditors coming after me. I hate ADP for connecting me with DailyPay and I hate both companies for the trouble they are causing me all they care about is themselves

Worked 3 shifts last week updated for only 1 shift and no answers to what happened to my other two shifts. Carrying on into another week yesterday's work shift for 4/15 still no update. Spoke to at least 10 different reps from last week into this week they all ask the same generic questions with no answers. Horrible service!!!

I worked 2 shifts Dec 30th to December 31st. 1st one was 5 hrs and 15mins second one was overnight 8h and 45m. I got payed the morning of the 31st for my first. That afternoon I get paid 2h 45m. This has absolutely been a coordinated plan by daily pay to keep peoples money. I believe Daily Pay doesn't have the money to cover there end of year books so now they are holding people's funds to cook the books. They need be shut down. Christmas was ruined by the crap Daily Pay is pulling.

Has not updated at all. Updated at midnight. Here it is the next day and still says it was Updated at midnight the prior day. This is not the employeer not updating the pay roll. Work balance not updating

I was told the system wasn't down and yet I have worked two days and nothing updated. Our payroll updates an hour after you clock out and I work third shift so for me that's 8:30am. It's 1:00pm now and I spoke with customer service and I got absolutely no answer. If you go on the their site it says their aware of the problem and should be fixed this evening. That was yesterday. My funds have been reported but their not available. Worked last week still haven’t got an update on they it goes from, “ company delay” to “site delay” terrible service and the representatives are rude and give the same generic responses so I guess they basically get paid by us to do absolutely nothing. We pay a very hefty fee to use this

This service is unreliable. Customer service likes to talk over you. They avoid answering your questions. Their remedy to any problem is an escalated ticket forcing customers to wait up to 3 days for a call back. 9 times out of 10 all supervisors are "busy" talking to other customers. You have to call multiple times to get in touch with someone that will answer your questions. Is there another company that is reputable?

Daily pay been down for almost 2 weeks for our company. And their customer service is shitty. Can't understand any of their accents. They are blaming my company for not getting our wages when in fact it's them. An of course a system is down. Blah blah blah. No fix date for it.
