This is ridiculous

3 days now I have had to use the video call option just to talk to my fiancé since it's ran through a different company and it costs me an arm and a leg. I am not happy as I don't really have the money to keep adding there so we can talk when I have $60 on my phone account for him to call regularly.

Calls not answered

As of Thursday dec 7th 2023 I received one call at 7pm talked for 20min then the rest of the night I couldn’t say or press 5 to accept. When I called the lady said my voicemail was answering the calls. Umm no maam. It was me answering and now my husband hasn’t called. Going on day 4 now! Wtf. ????????????

Login failure wonky videos

Wouldn't log in on my phone so I tried my computer. Wouldn't accept password so I changed it now it won't log me in anywhere :/ video visits are always bad he looks like a corpse to me but he can see me ok. They charge too much for bad service!

same issue happening to me and customer service is really terrible. They already take every penny from us and exploit us in exchange for us rehabilitating our own loved ones when its the department of corrections job to do so-but we all know they aren't doing jack because then they would have no income if they had no prisoners. (Prisons are privately owned) This whole system is terrible. My loved one calls me ten to twenty times a day just to get through once, on both lines. (Tmobil and not tmobil) and his mmother has the same issue as well. If it werent bad enough that they take every last cent we own because theyre extorting the ones we love in exchange for profit, but they cant even do it smoothly nor deliver adequate customer service when presented with the question as to why their service is so crummy! I say we boycot this company until they make their service more cost efficient. Why is cali cheaper than oregon? Cali has free calls, you charge others insane amounts, depending on what you can get away with in each state. You should be ashamed of yourself for profiting off others pain and misery.

Terrible company!!! And it's a total monopoly!!! There's no options for families to choose from...JUNK IC SOLUTIONS or nothing at all to talk to our loved ones. Disconnects the calls ALL the time! Doesn't connect the call until 45sec into the call but still charges you for dead air time. And now their system has been down for TWO DAYS!!! Can't add any money to the account which means my husband can try to call but I can't answer. IC SOLUTIONS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!

I heard it’ll be back up 11pm cst from a user on Reddit. Fingers crossed tonight or early tomorrow morning. This is ridiculous. Video visitation was also down as well. Out of 25 minutes I only got to talk to my fiancé for 5 minutes today. Literally broke my heart.
