Unable to book online using points

Trying to book a flight on AA.com, using points, after selecting flights and receiving the “flight summary screen”, hitting “continue” returns to “select flight” screen - continuous loop. This was on an updated Windows laptop on 3 different browsers, on my updated iPhone and my updated iPad. I tried several different browsers on each. After 2 days of trying and waiting on hold, I got up early this AM and got through to someone who helped me book over the phone. She was very helpful and reported my problem. She said this problem has been happening for about 2 weeks. How are they staying in business.

Can't look up flights, the home screen tells me I have to choose using points to see flights...then the flights say 25k from paris to london....that was 2 days ago...today I can't even access the website....it isn't working...I think they have been hacked...I called and the representative I had...kept telling me how to look for flights, I tried explaining I know how, but I wasn't given an option....well anyways....I will not purchase a flight from them....I think someone intentionally hacked them to put them out of buisness

American Airlines app and site down

Yoursuggested links above get the same access denied response. The app also indicates "Our system is having trouble. Please try again later. " I first experienced this last night, 4/19 around 9pm EDT.

Can't pay

Can't pay for flight using a valid credit card. Called the credit card company and they reported that they don't see any charges being made

Anyone having problems booking a flight with their award miles on aa.com? Keep getting "something wrong has occurred" message for the past 7 hours no matter what I do. Never had that problem before. Wait time for any Advantage award agent has been 7 hours ***** Finally received a callback after 7 hours - and instead of connecting me to an agent AA system has me waiting on hold for 20 minutes. AA outright cancelled both of our flights PHX - SEA and rebooked us, but when I went online to confirm or adjust changes, got a message that I would have to call the airline. I called and asked for a callback in 1 hour. They called me back but when I picked up the phone, they disconnected me. I called back and waited on hold for 2.5 hours, then gave up. A few minutes ago, I called again and now the computer is quoting a 4 hour callback. I also found the website was not working on and off over the past 6 hours...
