Aaa app and website not accepting payments

AAA app and the online website is not working I’m trying to pay for my insurance like I normally do once a month and the app and website is not working keep showing retry on the app and website shows error please try again. This is frustrating.

AAA Timeouts.

AAA website doesnt work when you actually try to do anything on it, like join, look at membership levels, etc. It all just times out. Tried Chrome, Edge, and Brace. No firewall, anti virus or extension ad block are enabled.

42 years a member and used AAA twice, once for a flat and once for a battery. This time it was a tire. Waited on-line the first time for 35 minutes. Finally got a representative who took infor, named a local company and said to expect with within the hours. 2 hours later still no show. Called AAA again but this time waited over 50 minutes with no answer. Hitched a ride home, called the tire company (they said they never received a call from AAA) and so paid out of pocked ($100) to tire company. Screw AAA!!! I'll go to court before paying their bill this time.
