All Trails app showing no results found

All Trails website is working perfectly but the app shows "no results found" regardless of what you search for. I have no filters turned on and have logged out and back in again.

Missing or deleted accounts

Unable to login with saved passwords for 2 different alltrails accounts, forget password says invalid account despite having previous emails using the same exact emails to recover.

On my iphone 7 (latest IOS), All Trails is not loading. It just goes into an endless wait state. The same thing happens with my husbands iphone.

App has not been loading info or maps and running very slow. I get this almost blank screen with a gray bar scrolling thru. I deleted the app and reloaded it. Now I can’t even login. After cycling for awhile it comes back with ERROR.

I’m a Pro member in iOS 15.5 and the app crashes every time after about 15-20 seconds, regardless of whether I interact with it or not. My friends who are not Pro but are also iOS 15.5 haven’t had trouble. It’s been like this for 3 days so far.

The new homepage of the AllTrails app opens, but there is no functionality from there. The search function for hiking trails shows ‘no results’ for any place you type in. This is true for on both my iPhone and iPad. Have tried going in and out of the app multiple times with no success.
