CIBC Not Working For the Second Day in a Row

All day yesterday and today, I haven't been able to log onto the CIBC banking app! I keep getting an error 001. I'm wondering what is going on and if it's being fixed.

CIBC locks users online banking account, will not provide verification code, says user must call in to a telephone number. But CIBC is not able to actually answer the telephone, and one just gets music and nonsense. So, my partner is locked out of online banking, with no way to fix.

Over 2 hours on hold waiting for troubleshooting service. It's almost as if it's being done on purpose. Way to go, CIBC! You can hardly complain when ppl start leaving your service in droves. After the Rogers debacle, this is unacceptable and ridiculous!

CIBC its horrific and monumental incompetence
Going on 4 days the online banking has been down.
Oh Yes, they thought they had it fixed yesterday
and were quite surprised when they were quite apprised
earlier today when I apprised them it was still down

Good to know the priorities where the priorities - SPENDING BILLIONS on buying a US Bank
but the Canadian customers get the shaft.....

Chrome with ABPlus, I can't login.
CCleaner, login and trans are fine.
MS Edge, login is fine.
If u don't have at least 2, better is 3 browsers installed then you are at the mercy of whoever & however they configure their "security" access protocols.
