Crazy domain hosted websites and emails are down again. When you go through their support, they claim it's working on their end. They won't acknowledge they're having issues. They are liars.

Same as everyone else, no site, no email. Trying to run a business. 2nd time this has happened in 3 weeks. Will be moving elsewhere ASAP and in future will have an alternative back up email in my signature just in case. Have they been hacked? But supports are good. I love them.

Our outgoing emails have bounced back as spam, and at the moment, they are not even bouncing back. Yesterday and Friday they were going out telling our clients we were blocked. Why anyone would choose to host their website with CD is beyond me. The cost of "extras" like SSL certs is ridiculous considering most other providers include them for free. I suggest using this as an opportunity to migrate to a better provider.

Email seems to be back up and running now. I have received a few staring from about 12:30AM Melbourne time (Saturday). I tested by sending from my Gmail account to my Crazydomains email under my domain name and I received it. Only took 30+ hours!

Website is down, email is down, service is rubbish, has to cope with angry clients, and cannot access online applications or the apps. Extremely frustrated, was on the phone just now, sent them an email and received useless replies, it is like they don’t even care!
They ask me to optimise the website, even though I get the 403 Forbidden errors, 100% incompetent

Emails down for the past 26+ hours and recorded message continues to say it will be restored 'very shortly'... My clients are contacting me to say my emails are bouncing back. Not great for any small business (or any size business). I'll be changing providers as a result! No updates, no explanations which also makes me suspicious. Customers will start filling in the blanks themselves. Very poor customer service. You think they could push out an SMS message to communicate what's happening. I had to google Crazy Domains Outage to find out why I stopped getting emails. Arggghhhh... very frustrated

I posted yesterday about this CD shambles and its still going on here in the UK. 2 business days lost; virtually no way to contact CD (I had the same online help desk queue problems others have mentioned) and no sign of any resolution or update from CD. Will be seeking compensation for loss of business when this mess is sorted out. Starting to look like they have a far bigger problem than they have admitted or have been hacked. So pissed off!

Just got through on the phone after 55 minutes, they changed the TX or something on my emails and said they should come through within 2 hours, when the server is fixed then it will be reset. Hopefully this will fix the problem, he didn't give much away when I said I was not happy.
He changed it in the control panel to mail.domainname.com.au

1 1/2 days now with no email to our business is absurd. Tried to contact crazy domains by phone, and online, in a queue of over a 1000, then to get down to my number and it disconnects saying idle to long. What the hell are you doing to help people, at least put up some sort of notice to customers advising the problem and estimated repair time so we have some sort of an idea. I was 419th in the queue this morning. After waiting 4 hours, CD closed the chat because it said it was idle too long! I am getting an error message accessing my website Error establishing a database connection" I get this message too: “This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or your host’s database server is down.”
I started the chat again. I was then 940th! After a total of 7 hours - I got down to 5th in the queue - and then received the same message "Thank you for contacting us. Your chat session was disconnected because it was idle for too long." I wonder if you can imaging how I feel . . . CD reputation down the toilet . . .

We've had no emails or website for over 24hrs, we contacted CD yesterday still no answer! Their Phones are not working, I have been in a queue all morning to now be dismissed due to the idleness of the queue.
This is not just a glitch! A corporation as big a CD would be able to fix the issues much quicker. My thinking is they been hacked?!

No emails for the last 24 hours - incredibly disruptive to my business.
I was initially told this morning by CD that I was one of the ‘lucky ones’ that never got affected when I clearly had so I don’t even think the reps on the phone/chat know what’s going on as they said they would refer my case to the senior team. Therefore, I wouldn’t waste your twine waiting on the chat/phone line.

CrazyDomains is definitely got a problem with the email service. I have been on hold for 2 1/2 hours. I finally got through to them this morning and they said that there is a problem with the sealer that’s completely gone and they asked me to change my MX records, which failed as well and are still out with no emails

Their phones are not working and I waited in line on the live chat behind over 500 people for 2 hours and when it got to 2 people ahead of me I got cut off from the live chat because it had timed out!! I tried re joining the chat to 1000+ in front of me, so don't bother waiting in the chat line it won't do you any good. Not acceptable to have no updates on their website, no contact with clients and no way of contacting them at all!! I understand issues happen BUT no communication is disgraceful.

To the customer care team member here who said they would be contacting us via email, you'll need to fix the emails first. Anyone using Email Protection is not receiving any emails and it has been like this for 2 days now. A lot of us run businesses off CrazyDomains and are resellers so all of our clients are affected too. You are costing many businesses a lot of money. At least provide a temporary workaround until the main issue is resolved.

At 3.30am this morning there were 34 people ahead of me in the Crazy Domains Live Chat queue. Finally got on a few hours later. They were unable to help anyway - "At the moment there is an outage issue that is still on going that affects all our system" and no estimated time of resolution - "I cannot provide the specific time frame but rest assured that it will not take that long". Have not received emails since early yesterday afternoon (Brisbane time). Some emails send but not reliable or timely (ie received 6 hrs later)

Their customer service is simply hopeless. My wife's email has been offline for over 2 weeks, and no mine is down today. What happens is that they change/corrupt your password, so your email client wan't work, and when you try to sign in using your correct password, it doesn't work. I'm at my wit's end!!
