Unable to make reservations

I was able to log in using 2 different accounts but, I was unable to make reservations for a rental on both separate enterprise plus accounts. Something is wrong with the enterprise website.

Unable to view/modify reservation as of 08/14/23. Lookup reservation # and I'm told there's an issue with my drop off and to fix the selection before continuing but it gives me no way of doing so, no menus, no drop downs, no page transfers. Nothing

Website/App tells me that the password reset link were expired when logging in with ID + Password.
