Well they have my money

I bought an item two days ago. Kept receiving emails about said items still being in my cart. Payment went through, now the site is saying it's down. Did I get scammed?

I have tried about 50 times to purchase something and it says the server is having a problem. Went to chat with customer service and hewas so unhelpful! Took forever to get an answer and then he asked questions that were not relevant to what I said the problem was and then disabled our chat before I had a chance to answer! Worst company ever!

I purchased over 400 dollars in Groupons within the last couple days. Then I was kicked out of my account and have been receiving messages stating my email isn’t associated with any Groupon account. I can’t get a response from customer service. I feel I have been scammed

Groupon only partially working

Groupon has only been partially working for days. You can go on and look, but when you sign in or try to use a Groupon, it says website is temporarily unavailable. Days and days.

Groupon is not working for me. As a new global platform with so many users, it often has poor notification support. You can tell it to send you alerts but sometimes it won't even do that. When I tried to mark up my Cart as profitable, it would error out and say I was already flagged for spam. What the hell happened? I want to see what's going on. Do I need to turn on "Slack Notifications" to see when new messages are posted? Does anyone know? Is there any way to disable notification of new messages? How does that even work? Please share your advice. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
