Is everyone having the same issue with the Holland America Website. Its been two days now and I cant seem to access the site without and error?

HAL site not getting any better

This has been an ongoing problem for me for months. Front page won't load, just has spinning circle. Tried all the redirect log ins. I can log in on my phone, but prefer the computer.

Website malfunction ...again

Admin: Your redirects did not solve the problem. What's happening for me is that immediately upon logging in, the screen goes to a translucent overlay, the cursor spins and, most importantly, it does not allow any links to be addressed. It should be noted that this isn't just a 1 or 2 minute delay, but a non-ceasing delay. This has happened to me before. The problem is sporadic.

You are our favorite cruise line but seems like now every time i go on your web site it fails horribly to work! It is annoying, aggravating and upsetting. Can't you fix the problems? I can't make reservations, spa bookings, or look at excursions.

site functionality broken

site loads but all script functionality is broken, none of the banner links work and if you bypass and go directly to the login page login does not work and debug show unknown script errors. Have tried with Safari, Chrome, Firefox from a Mac running Sonoma and Edge, Chrome, Firefox from a windows 11 PC.

The Holland America website is a mess and nonfunctional.
I had to call the cruise line directly about a booking. The rep said that her "computer" was not working and had an extended wait to get the info I needed.

“Upgrading” System BS

All shore excursions shown fully booked…literally have tried for weeks to use any browser/device to book these. Told by HA system was “upgrading” and I probably have to download Chrome?? Ridiculous…and I am seriously thinking of canceling two-week Japan cruise. Too incompetent to trust.

Most frustrating website ever

Tried to log on today several times. We are trying to book restaurants and excursions with another party in the room next door. No way of doing this on line. Your website is very frustrating as it only works for half of the time. I will definitely not be travelling with you again.

I'm trying to get on-line to make a reservation. I'm a 4-Star Mariner and HAL is my favorite cruise line. I may be forced to to to Celebrity which is my next favorite. What the Hell is going on?

HAL Website constantly having problems

Have tried to use the website and AP for months. Works about half the time. What a technological mess! No one at HAL seems to have an explanation for this problem. Boarding times an hour before the ship departs? Error 404 seems to be a constant problem for them

Site down. Even though we're told to book excursions, dining, etc. once you do get on their site you can't both these things. Impossible to link multiple rooms together to book events for more than those in your individual cabin. Very difficult site to get to and use!

Relly bad site

As an IT professional, I have to commend Holland America as having the worst site ever. Have to log in over and over, cannot get info on cruises, have to log out of one cruise and log back in to get to my second cruise, if I look at my schedule in one cruise and then go to the next cruise, it shows my previous cruise. Be careful when you want to make a payment as you don't know what cruise you are in. Absolutely no one takes ownership of this web page

Awful website

Should I look at another cruise line? So frustrated trying to log on to Holland America. The Navigator app on my phone doesn't work either. Scheduled 2 cruises and paid a small deposit so won't be out too much if this doesn't work, but would like to schedule some excursions, etc. A comment below said they got a hold of a live person on the phone who said all is fine!!!!!! It's certainly not.

For the last four days, I'm unable access either the home page or login to my account!

I've been trying for four days to log in to my account. Either I am able to open the hope page, but can't log into my account OR I can't even access the home page despite trying different URLs. Yesterday, I called Holland America and after twenty minutes, finally spoke with a representative. He said "There's no problem on his end" and "It's okay, you have 114 days until your cruise, so there's plenty of time", which obviously wasn't helpful. Then he suggested I empty my cache files, which I did, and it didn't help. So I gave up until today & tried using my husband's login info. Now, I can't even open the homepage. The blue circle keeps rotating. I'm incredibly frustrated.

HAL website not working for me on 3 different devices. May 14, 2023

Ive been experiencing inability to access website for the past 24 hours. Usually takes forever, then tells me i don't have a good enough signal to access website, but i can access ALL other safari searches, gmail, and Facebook, etc. Have cleared histories, caches, and rebooted all 3 devices i am trying this on, and all 3 are buggy. Trying to complete a checkin for land/sea journey starting in a week, so frustrating!
