Very bad. Experience specifically with customer support they supposed to close if they are not able to support any small business it’s seems like just want to grab our hard earn money

it's taking me to a 404 page and then back to the home page, but I can't access any of my projects. Also, the wrong customer title name appeared on another project.

The platform is overall a great concept, but we're finding it super buggy and clunky. Especially the email handling aspect of it. Definitely not great for companies with more than 1 employee. I can't seem to go a day without having to trouble shoot some kind of a glitch. Currently I'm dealing with the issue that all my customer projects are showing with the wrong customer's project underneath and I'm kind of panicking that my 200 projects just all got scrambled.
