Garbage app

Garbage laggy app never loads 24/7 runs on McDonald’s Wi-Fi I am trying to use this app for my work and I can’t even do that. Very unimpressed. Terrible job.

Down too much. Hours at a time on multiple occasions in the past 6 months.
I would also like to view a given co-worker’s schedule for the week, but I’m told by management that that feature is not available, as it was on Shift Agent, which we used a couple of years. I guess HotSchedules is cheaper, and the above-mentioned shortcomings are part of the reason - - less cost = less reliability and less features.

Hotschedules Problem

2 days ago I was getting error404 and it said I needed to update. I updated and now it wont let me log in. It says invalid username and password, however when I go to their website and log in it works. So glad I paid for an app that doesn't work half the time.
