It’s always something with IMVU. Glitches never get fixed, and if u post a question in the help forum, they either gaslight u by pretending not to know what you’re talking about before giving you the auto response to contact support. Now it’s logging users out constantly. So, SOO tired of problems with this app.

i have a few problems with it. It heats up phones. It started giving ads. It gets overwhelmed and shuts down like rn i can’t log into it. i also think they should give idk- 8,000 credits to new players to make a DECENT avi. and you shouldn’t have to pay $33 to change your @ on there. also it would be nice to access the help center without your account incase you get banned/disabled. and there are so many more problems with the game that no developers address but wtvr.

Over 100k people are having the same problem, I was having this problem but it's your security software it's recognised imvu as a threat so it's blocked imvu classic that's why you can't redownload it. I got one of my friends to send me the link to the classic version redownloaded it and stopped my security software from blocking it again. It's mostly uses that use AVG

Well before going to bed i decided to uninstall imvu and thought i would reinstall it but i find i can't even do that. All links going to app page and imvu set up page. So i decided to try changing password and what do u know upon checking my gmail account imvu sent MystiCraoll with a double L (my hacker used this name around xmas time to hack my account) So I can't even sort my password out. How bloody crazy is this. I am not pc savvy so gona try get a technician to help me cause none of this is getting to imvu and nobody is helping and the so called help is not as easy to even get help. Too expensive to ring usa as I live in new zealand. Do i just give up here or what?

9 days today and i still having trouble because this app page and imvu start up page keeps popping up which stops me getting on feed, homepage, quiz, search. I do auto vip and can't spin. I have tried the link imvu has given to try but still app page and imvu start up page keep popping up. I can't ring into imvu because i live in new zealand its too costly.
