Unacceptable customer service

The login panel is not working and there is no way to access my account and place an order. Their customer service really is abysmal, which is not okay for a service that my business relies on.

Login doesn't work at Ingram Spark

Just want to second "Guest" post below. The customer service is garbage. I have not been able to login for a week now and have gotten absolutely no help. I have emailed daily and left several messages. I can't login and just published a new book, which has had a horrible launch because I can't get onto my dashboard to address things. I will never use them again. If anyone else is having login issues and has figured out how to get that sorted, PLEASE let me know what to do!
