Months long ban

I have been banned for about a month now. The ban appears to have occurred after switching to t-mobile 5g home internet. I try to long in once a week at get a banned message. No reason why. Is there anyway to resolve this?

Try to use the site after moving, using Wifi for the first time, and it just says Im banned. Cant be for bad behavior, as I literally haven't used the site at all
